  • Pool cleaning and maintenance services (Pool Cleaning Dude)
  • Holiday lighting installation services (Christmas Lights Dude)
  • Pool installation and construction (Tri-State Aquatic Solutions)

SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description

By opting in to receive text messages from Dude Ventures Services LLC and its affiliated companies, you consent to receive appointment reminders, service updates, promotional messages, and other communications related to our services via SMS/text message to the mobile number you provided.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, depending on your service schedule and promotional campaigns.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

Text STOP to (302) 897-0062 to cancel and stop receiving messages at any time.

You will receive a confirmation message after opting out. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt back in.

4. Re-Enrollment

After opting out, you may re-enroll by texting START to (302) 897-0062 or by completing a new opt-in form on our website or during service scheduling.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other wireless carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier.

7. Rates and Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. View our full Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

9. Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Dude Ventures Services LLC as described above. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Service Scheduling and Cancellation

For service-related businesses:

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability
  • Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid fees
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or other circumstances
  • Service areas are limited to the Tri-State region (PA, DE, NJ)

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks. Late payments may incur additional fees. For consulting services, payment terms are specified in individual service agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on our websites and services are the property of Dude Ventures Services LLC or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dude Ventures Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dude Ventures Services LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
